We had 4 window units. 2 units were under warranty and 2 older models. One new unit under warranty has a freon leak and needs to be replaced. The other one was holding too much water. One older unit needs to be cleaned out. The other unit needs to be replaced. Technician was very knowledgeable about the products. We are very pleased. There are few companies that will service large window units. Thanks.
